What is your professional background and experience?

I’ve sold phones for nearly three years. I used to work for EE in Oswestry but I left for a better job opportunity

What led you to join this company?

I wasn’t a fan of the customer service in my previous job so I joined Get Connected to be in a better environment. I was also a fan of having every Sunday and bank holiday off as I’m a family man

Job Responsibilities:

Can you briefly describe your role and responsibilities?

I manage the stores day to day. Selling and cleaning is what I do

What are your primary tasks and projects?

Making sure the customer is very happy with the deal I have done

Favourite Part of the Job:

What do you enjoy most about your job?

Helping out customers the best I can. Even customers who aren’t currently with us are potential customers for the future

Is there a particular aspect of your work that you find most rewarding?

Payday is the day I feel most rewarded

What are some notable achievements?

Having a £8700 month is one of the best achievements I’ve ever had

What skills do you bring to the team?

I’m a people person and I’m very good with dealing with every situation that comes through the door. I can also do data transfers from any phone to a new one now matter the age of the old phone

I have a collection of rare looking coins and music programmes

Do you have any hobbies or interests outside of work?

I like to watch 70s and 80s bands live with my Dad and wife so if there is a big one touring I’m usually there

Future Aspirations:

Where do you see yourself professionally in the next few years?

In the next few years I want my store to be the store that the whole of Oswestry comes to for their phone upgrades and for phone advice

Are there specific goals or projects you are excited about for the future?

This will be my second year with the company so I am currently aiming for five years and we will see where we go from there

I am a very friendly and helpful phone salesman who is here to help you with whatever you need in regards to phones
