Stores – Oswestry

Terrific service yesterday from a very pleasant and helpful young man, I didn’t catch his name. My phone had died and I have a pay-as-you-go contract. My own phone provider would not sell me a phone without a contract and suggested I come back when my broadband contract expired. The contract would have doubled the monthly cost for me. Their competitor was slightly more helpful but still couldn’t sell me a phone. I went to a phone repair shop and they suggested it would be best to buy a new one (if only!). When I arrived at Get Connected and explained my problem I was sold a lovely new phone and all my details transferred within 30 minutes. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is that I only had one choice of phone. Luckily this did not matter to me. What matters to me is excellent customer service with the focus on the needs of the customer, not the business. This I got. Highly recommended.
